Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Product must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products
  • Altered garments
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process

Refunds are initiated after quality inspection at our warehouse. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Amount will be credited to the original payment method incase of Prepaid orders.

For COD orders, refund will be processed through Cashfree link.

Exchange

We don't offer exchange to any of our products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and unboxing video of the item.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
