Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products
  • Altered garments
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process

Refunds are initiated after quality inspection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
